Job summary

Abano Healthcare Group is seeking a Clinical Coordinator in Gladstone to lead the clinical side of a busy practice. This full-time role combines clinical knowledge with organisation, leadership and day-to-day coordination alongside the Practice Manager and Lead Dentist.

You will oversee infection control, manage clinical stock and lab work, and maintain records while supporting the broader clinical team to stay organised and compliant.

Qualifications

• Dental experience is essential.
• Experience in senior roles is highly regarded.
• Strong infection control knowledge and clinical standards.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence in managing stock, records and clinical processes.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and confidence supporting and guiding others
• A practical approach to problem-solving and improving the way things are done
