St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Coach - Orthopaedics to join the Fitzroy campus education team on a fixed-term, part-time basis (0.2 FTE) through October 2027. You will mentor diverse nursing learners and deliver targeted orthopaedics education to elevate clinical practice.

The role focuses on competency assessments, learner support, and innovative education initiatives within a collaborative, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience supporting diverse nursing learners (enrolled & registered).
• Minimum 3 years specialised experience in orthopaedics nursing.
• Passion for education and mentoring excellence.
• Innovation mindset and collaborative spirit.
