St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Coach (Colorectal and Digestive diseases) to join the Fitzroy campus education team. This fixed-term, part-time (0.4 FTE) role supports postgraduate through enrolled nurses, delivering targeted clinical education and mentoring excellence.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Coach (Colorectal and Digestive disease) based at our Fitzroy campus.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

This is a fixed term role until October 2027 on a part‑time basis (0.4 FTE) based at our Fitzroy campus. This is your chance to join our education team and continue driving education and training innovation across the colorectal and digestive diseases speciality area.

What we’re looking for in you

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience supporting diverse nursing learners (enrolled & registered)
• Minimum 3 years specialised experience in colorectal / digestive diseases nursing
• Passion for education and mentoring excellence
• Innovation mindset and collaborative spirit
• Desirable - Post‑graduate qualification and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or actively pursuing)
• Ability to work flexibly
