Job summary

Regis Kuluin on the Sunshine Coast seeks an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead a clinical team delivering safe, high-quality, resident-centred care. You will work with the General Manager and leadership to drive governance, compliance and continuous improvement.

This is a pivotal role within Regis’ national aged care network. You will oversee care planning, documentation and funding processes while mentoring staff and building strong partnerships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as an RN.
• Experience leading clinical teams in residential aged care.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding care outcomes.
• Oversee assessments, care planning, clinical documentation and funding-related processes.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, audits and accreditation readiness.
• Monitor clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks.
• Mentor and manage workforce capability with performance feedback.
• Build relationships with residents, families and external health professionals.
