Job summary

Regis is seeking a Clinical Team Leader at Regis Whitfield, Cairns, to lead clinical care and coordinate resident support. You will partner with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure safe, high‑quality, person‑centred services and manage care planning and documentation in line with standards.

You will monitor clinical risk, support complex needs, contribute to governance and continuous improvement, and mentor staff to strengthen capability and performance within a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven leadership experience in clinical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical care with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure safe, high‑quality, person‑centred support.
• Own care planning and ensure assessment, documentation and delivery meet Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Drive clinical outcomes through collaboration, governance, audits and quality initiatives.
