Job summary

E4 People is seeking an experienced clinical leader to oversee care delivery in a large residential aged care facility in Queensland. As Care Manager, you will lead nursing and care teams to deliver safe, compassionate and individualized resident support, building a high-performing unit focused on quality outcomes.

You will drive clinical governance, processes, and audits while collaborating with the Service Manager on priorities, resources and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with leadership experience in residential aged care.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality standards and compliance.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop teams and improve resident outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate staff and partners in care.
• Infection Prevention and Control qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop nursing and care teams.
• Oversee clinical care planning, medication management and resident outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and governance requirements.
