Job summary

Austcorp Executive is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead clinical and care delivery across an established residential aged care facility in NSW. You will drive quality outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance and oversee multidisciplinary teams on site.

This role offers on-site leadership support, clear progression within a large provider, and relocation assistance with initial accommodation.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/leadership in aged care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and funding models.
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and care teams.
• Monitor quality indicators, incidents and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support accreditation processes and AN-ACC alignment.
