Job summary

RSLLifeCare is seeking a Clinical Care Manager in Port Macquarie to lead clinical care and care planning for around 80 residents. You will supervise nursing and care teams, oversee the clinical governance framework, and drive quality improvement across the facility.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience, and a strong focus on person-centred care, compassion, and leadership to balance commercial outcomes with resident experience.

About the Role:

As the Clinical Care Manager at our Aged Care homein Port Macquarie, you will assume clinical leadership responsibility for the delivery of high-quality care and care planning for our80residents. You will be accountable for the supervision of nursing and care teams, management of the clinical governance framework and play a key role in the quality improvement cycle for our facility.

About You:

To be considered for this position, we are seeking people who have:

• A current AHPRA registration
• A minimum 5 years’ postgraduate clinical experience within health care, aged care, or another relevant environment
• Experience managing compliance with regulatory standardsSound understanding of person‑centred approaches to clinical care and support
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and ability to build meaningful relationships
• Demonstrated ability to make good decisions which balance commercial outcomes with customer experience
• Experience in motivating teams, managing performance, and delivering on accountabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound financial acumen asevidencedby prior budget management experience
