Randstad NV is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our South West Sydney aged care home as second-in-command. You will lead clinical care programs, mentor staff, and ensure our facility delivers the highest standard of resident care, reporting to the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM).

You will oversee governance, operations, and budget management while fostering a culture of continuous learning and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 3+ years of nursing management experience (ward level or above) with a background in aged care.
• Proven experience managing care teams and operational budgets.
• An honest, ethical leadership style with a passion for continuous learning and resident wellbeing.
