Randstad is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical governance and quality care at a residential aged care facility in Toowoomba, QLD. This permanent, full-time role offers set Monday-to-Friday hours to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-standard clinical outcomes for residents.

Ideal candidates are experienced Clinical Care Coordinators ready to step into a managerial capacity, with strong knowledge of AHPRA registration and Australian aged care

Qualifications

• Must hold current, unrestricted AHPRA RN registration.
• Extensive background in Australian residential aged care.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC.
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and clinical documentation guidelines.
• Lead, mentor and support a multi-disciplinary clinical team (RNs, ENs, Care Staff).
• Coordinate complex care planning, medication management and incident response.
• Act as key contact for residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals.
• Conduct regular audits and drive continuous improvement.
