Randstad seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our South West Sydney aged care home as second-in-command, reporting to the Residential Aged Care Manager. You will lead clinical care programs, mentor staff, and ensure our facility delivers the highest standard of resident care.

This role focuses on resident wellbeing, team leadership, governance, and financial stewardship, with a commitment to equal opportunity and diversity in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 3+ years of nursing management experience (ward level or above) with a background in Aged Care.
• Proven experience managing care teams and operational budgets.
• An honest, ethical leadership style with a passion for resident wellbeing.
