• Deliver high-quality client onboarding and tours.
• Manage practitioner diaries to maximise productivity.
• Oversee billing, payments and PMS reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Clinical Leads on trends.
• Recruitment and leave management.
• Handle customer calls and bookings.
• Support community engagement and client retention.
