Job summary

Ashley & Martin is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Perth Head Office to streamline clinic and business operations. You will handle patient administration, customer service, purchasing, logistics and project coordination to keep day-to-day activity running smoothly across our network.

You’ll report to the Clinic & Operations Lead and COO, collaborating with clinic teams and suppliers while driving process improvements and ensuring consistent, high-quality service for patients.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and administration experience.
• Clear, professional communication with patients and teams.
• Reliable follow-through and ability to manage priorities.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive patient experience by responding to enquiries and coordinating responses.
• Support clinics by answering operational questions and following processes.
• Coordinate purchasing, logistics and stock movements.
• Arrange repairs and coordinate materials and branding updates.
• Assist with projects for new clinics, upgrades, and brand refresh.
• Monitor clinic capacity and follow up on gaps and deadlines.
• Support culture initiatives and assist Operations Administrator.
