You will oversee administrative functions, coordinate resources, and support the clinical team while ensuring regulatory compliance across Medicare and RACGP standards.

• Experience leading front-of-house operations and driving service standard improvements.

• Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight of front-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily administration.
• Coordinate planning, review of systems, procedures and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee general administrative functions and allocation of resources including personnel and equipment.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, rostering, leave and performance management to promote a productive workplace.
• Coordinate administrative support for clinical team and external stakeholders; liaise with agencies to ensure compliance.
• Oversee clinic billing, banking, financial administration and reporting.
• Implement policies to comply with OH&S regulations.
