Job summary

The Balanced Chiropractic Centre in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to own the operational side of the practice and drive its growth. You will lead the team, manage systems and finances, and ensure smooth daily operations to support clinicians and patient care.

You’ll have genuine responsibility, autonomy and influence, with opportunities to advance as the business scales and achieves ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in practice/office management or similar operations role.
• Chiropractic or healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including team management, statistics, billing, collections, rostering, financial reporting and facility management.
• Use team scorecards, KPIs and performance metrics to monitor results, identify opportunities for improvement and keep the team focused on achieving its targets.
• Help lead, train and develop the team. Set clear expectations, create accountability and help build a culture where people perform at a high level and enjoy coming to work.
• Lead regular team meetings, review scorecards and KPIs, set clear weekly priorities and ensure the team is consistently working towards and achieving its targets.
• Become the communication hub between leadership and the team. Ensure everyone understands the vision, goals, priorities and expectations.
