Job summary

Bupa Mindplace is seeking a Clinic Coordinator for Mindplace Clinic at Wynyard or Sydney University, Camperdown. This full-time role combines front desk duties with broader operational support to ensure a warm, professional experience for clients and clinicians.

You will manage daily reception tasks, uphold Mindplace standards, and contribute to a smoothly run clinic environment that supports patient care and staff collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office Coordinator or Senior Receptionist role or equivalent in mental or allied health is desired.
• Capable of prioritising work within established routines, methods and procedures.
• Possess high level, professional written and oral communication skill.
• Manage and monitor the daily reception and admin tasks delivered by the reception team to ensure compliance with Mindplace best practice standards and relevant policies and procedures.
• Own the client experience of the practice’s physical space, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and a comfortable, private environment.

• Ensure smooth operations and welcoming experience at Mindplace Clinic.
• First point of contact for clients, visitors, and clinicians.
• Support operational efficiency and quality of clinic services to patients.
