Job summary

Frangipani Skin and Body Clinic, Ballina's leading anti-ageing clinic, is seeking a polished Clinic Coordinator / Front Of House to join a warm, professional team. You will welcome clients, manage bookings, and work closely with the Director to ensure an exceptional client experience.

2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:30–6:30), with above-award remuneration and staff discounts. Familiarity with Phorest, Canva, and social media is highly valued in a busy clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service.
• Managing appointments, bookings, confirmations and enquiries.
• Coordinating therapist and practitioner schedules.
• Using Phorest Booking System for bookings and client management.
• Answering calls, emails and messages.
• Processing payments and general reception administration.
• Rebooking clients and supporting client retention.
• Confidently discussing treatments, skincare and products.
• Supporting product sales, memberships, packages and promotions.
• Maintaining a beautiful, professional clinic environment.
• Proficient in Canva and social media.
• Client confidentiality is essential.

Frangipani Skin and Body Clinic is seeking a polished, bubbly, well groomed, professional, personable and highly organised Clinic Coordinator / Front Of House to join our warm, professional team.

With 20+ years of experience, we are an established Anti-ageing clinic, with a loyal clientele and a strong reputation for advanced skin treatments and professional skincare.

What We Offer:

• $38 per hour and higher rate of pay for someone who is highly experienced and will be negotiated at the time of interview.
• 2 days per week, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30 to 6.30 pm.

About The Role

You do NOT need to be a qualified Beauty Therapist. However, strong knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry is essential.
