Job summary

Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) is seeking a Client Ticketing Services Manager to join the Sydney team. You will work with NSW venues and entertainment events to ensure high standards of service delivery and continuity across client accounts.

As Client Services Manager, you will liaise with clients and internal teams such as marketing, web, technology and finance to maintain exceptional service. Weekend work and events attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles within live events or ticketing.
• Strong relationship-building skills and communication.
• Familiarity with end-to-end event operations and ticketing systems.
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Define event ticketing builds with clients.
• Build and maintain events in the ticketing system.
• Provide on-site testing and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance for client success.
• Identify value-added solutions to boost ticket sales.
