Job summary

Klc in Melbourne is seeking a Client Services Officer to support an existing portfolio of clients and deliver end-to-end service. You will guide onboarding, respond to inquiries and coordinate quotes, ensuring smooth delivery.

In this role you’ll liaise with publishers and suppliers, maintain client records, and support billing while meeting service standards. A stable, full-time opportunity with a local Camberwell base awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or account coordination.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable using CRM or internal systems.
• B2B, subscriptions or professional services experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of existing clients.
• Respond to client enquiries and provide day-to-day service support.
• Assist with onboarding and implementation of new client accounts.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process subscription orders.
• Manage claims and liaise with publishers and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate client and product records in internal systems.
• Ensure service level agreements are met.
• Work with finance on billing, payments and collections.
