Job summary

Nine Publishing is seeking a Client Success Executive to drive client satisfaction for corporate clients across Nine’s publications including The Sydney Morning Herald and The Australian Financial Review.

Set up and onboard corporate subscription clients across print and digital platforms, and manage post-sale support to ensure timely access and renewal.

A strong communicator with a service mindset will thrive in this fast-paced, high-volume environment with flexible hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client servicing in media or fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a client-centric approach.
• Proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and managing post-sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and onboard corporate subscription clients for print and digital platforms.
• Manage and renew existing accounts within the licences portfolio, identify upsell opportunities.
• Respond to inbound and outbound customer enquiries with clear, timely support via phone.
• Troubleshoot technical and access issues for online subscriptions and provide client care.
• Deliver ongoing post-sale administration and update client details and publication preferences.
• Maintain data quality in Salesforce and generate reports on customer interactions and satisfaction.
