Job summary

Val Morgan is seeking a Client Solutions Executive in Sydney to join the Brandfit team, coordinating campaign delivery from creative production through to launch. You will be the client’s main contact for campaign implementation and build production documents tailored to each campaign.

We are looking for someone with experience in media or publishing, strong client-facing skills, and a track record of delivering campaigns on time.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a publisher, media, or creative agency managing a brand’s advertising strategy, creative development/execution, and buying activities.
• Experience partnering with internal teams to brainstorm solutions that achieve client goals and future needs.
• Experience in a client-facing role and comfortable presenting to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly.
• Experience reporting on program performance and delivery.
• Project management experience with autonomy to lead projects from start to finish and manage timelines and deliverables with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Client Solutions team with partnership delivery from creative production through to campaign launch.

The Job:

The Client Solutions Executive sits within our Brandfit department- a team that acts as the conduit between Val Morgan sales teams and our exhibitor and outdoor partners for all sponsorship and integration communications. Whilst no two days are the same, your day to day will include:

• Supporting the Client Solutions team with partnership delivery from creative production through to campaign launch.
• Act as the client’s primary point of contact for campaign implementation and delivery.
• Create and manage campaign production documents, including spec sheets, production schedules, master templates, internal documents, and client-facing materials tailored to each campaign.
• Create post-campaign reports, including campaign analysis and performance.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for media, high attention-to-detail and deadline orientated. You will need to be creative, innovative and passionate about coming up with solutions.

We are also looking for:

• Experience working at a publisher, media, or creative agency managing a brand’s advertising strategy, creative development/execution, and buying activities.
• Experience partnering with internal teams to brainstorm solutions that achieve client goals and future needs.
• Experience in a client-facing role and comfortable presenting to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly.

• Project management experience- autonomy to executive projects from start to finish, and the ability to navigate and communicate timelines and deliverables with accuracy.
