Job summary

Forefront Recruitment Pty in Melbourne seeks a client-side Project Manager for a billion-dollar data centre precinct. This delivery role is site-based in Melbourne's western suburbs, reporting to a Project Director, with a heavy services orientation during the fit-out stage.

You will coordinate contractors and consultants, manage sequencing and issue resolution on live builds, and stay hands-on on site. The position requires on-site focus with occasional WFH one day per week when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Embedded on complex live builds across data centres, hospitals or critical infrastructure.
• Delivery-focused with hands-on site involvement and coordination.
• Experience in construction delivery on large, technically complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery across program inputs, contractor and consultant coordination, sequencing and issue resolution.
• Face-to-face site-based decision-making and on-site leadership during fit-out and commissioning.
