Job summary

Pengana Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our Sydney team. This role serves as a primary contact for direct clients and financial advisers, coordinating with our external fund registry and internal operations to resolve inquiries and transactions.

You will manage onboarding, applications, redemptions and other processing, while maintaining accurate client records and strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous client service experience within funds management, investment management or a similar financial services environment.
• Demonstrated experience liaising directly with an external fund registry or similar investment administration provider.
• Practical knowledge of managed fund applications, redemptions, investor onboarding and transaction processing.
• Experience managing client and adviser enquiries and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
• A sound understanding of operational procedures within a funds management or investment business.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client and operational matters simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and adviser enquiries across phone and email, taking ownership of matters through to resolution.
• Liaise daily with the external fund registry to manage and resolve client, transaction and operational matters.
• Assist with investor onboarding, applications, redemptions and other transaction-related processes.
• Review client documentation and work with the registry to resolve outstanding or incomplete requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records across internal databases and CRM systems.
• Manage and elevate complex client and operational matters to the appropriate internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers and key external service providers.
• Work closely with operations, distribution and investment teams to ensure client matters are managed efficiently.
