Job summary

Apex Group is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager for Private Equity Fund support in Sydney/Melbourne. The role focuses on maintaining client relationships across managed fund portfolios, coordinating fund accounting, investor services, and regulatory reporting.

You will review NAVs, trial balances, and capital activity, ensuring accuracy and AML/KYC compliance, while liaising with auditors and senior management to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or similar field.
• 5+ years experience in fund administration.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Motivated, bright and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines.
• Advanced level MS Excel, proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review NAV files for a portfolio of managed funds for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Review Trial Balance, GL, Cash & portfolio reconciliation and income/expense accruals.
• Review capital activity, investor onboarding documents for AML/KYC compliance and KYC checks.
• Prepare and review financial statements and investor tax statements.
• Coordinate with auditors for timely audit completion and FATCA/CRS reporting.
