PX Resources is recruiting a Client Services Associate in Sydney to support a portfolio of wholesale fund clients and work closely with an experienced Relationship Manager. The role offers exposure beyond traditional processing and a clear pathway into Relationship Management.

• Around 18 months–3 years’ experience in funds industry.
• Exposure to funds, trustee services, custody, fund administration or fund operations.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with different stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• An interest in understanding how funds, transactions and client structures actually work.
• The confidence to ask questions, use judgement and take ownership.
• A genuine interest in developing into a more client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of fund, trustee and custody clients.

• Coordinate transactions, payments, onboarding and ongoing client requirements.

• Maintain client records and ensure ongoing obligations are completed.
• Build the technical and commercial knowledge to take on greater client responsibility over time.

I’m partnering with a fast-growing specialist funds and trustee services business looking to appoint a Client Services Associate in Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for someone with around 18 months to 3 years’ experience in funds management, trustee services, fund operations or custody who is smart, curious and keen to build a broader career.

You’ll work closely with an experienced Relationship Manager, supporting a portfolio of wholesale fund clients and getting exposure well beyond traditional operational processing.
