We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Officer to join our Support at Home team, reporting to the Aged Care Services Team Leader. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and administrative support. The role will work on a variety of tasks to support the smooth running of the program.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise and coordinate with all Support at Home Program stakeholders (participants, program and other staff, internal and external providers, government bodies etc)
  • Prepare info packs, welcome packs, participant folders
  • Scanning of all participants documentations and ensuring it is complete and compliant.
  • Delivery of participant related supplies/aids to participants' home
  • Answering of phones and directing to the appropriate area

To be successful in this role you will bring demonstrated experience with Aged Care participants and service skills across phone, email and in-person.You will also be:

  • Well-organised with demonstrated effective time management and administrative skills
  • a Collaborative team player with a supportive attitude
  • and have a High competence in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM software (an advantage)

You will also come with:

  • Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or relevant aged care experience

The fine print

  • Fixed Term Part Time (0.8) position to 30 June 2026
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), and hold a valid WWCC.
  • Full driver license and travel between sites will be required
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate (training can be provided)
