Qualifications

• Experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
• Exposure to Xplan or similar CRM systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sitting in on client meetings and helping with strategy.
• Managing client communications and relationships.
• Preparing and processing client documentation.
• Assisting with implementation of advice recommendations.
• Liaising with product providers and external stakeholders.
• Managing review workflows and client meetings.
• Maintaining accurate client records and compliance requirements.
• Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration.
• Assisting with business operations and process improvements.
