Job summary

Berritta Consulting in Sydney is seeking a Client Services Officer (CSO) or Client Services Manager (CSM) to join its growing financial planning team. The role supports advisers and clients with a clear long-term career progression toward Adviser pathways.

You will participate in client meetings, manage communications, prepare documentation, and assist with implementation of advice. Experience in financial planning and CRM systems like Xplan is valued.

The Opportunity

As a key member of the team, you will provide support to advisers and clients while gaining exposure across all aspects of the financial planning process.

Responsibilities

• Sitting in on client meetings and helping with strategy

We are open to speaking with candidates at various levels, including experienced CSOs, Senior CSOs, CSMs, Associate Advisers and Financial Planning Administrators.

You may have:

• Experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
• Exposure to Xplan or similar CRM systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• A genuine desire to build a long-term career in financial planning
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
