Job summary

Berritta Consulting is seeking an Associate Adviser to work alongside experienced Advisers, gaining exposure to the full advice journey and client meetings. You will develop technical and relationship skills while progressing through your Professional Year in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in financial planning, experience in client services roles, and a qualification in financial planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience within a financial planning practice.
• Experience as Client Services Manager, Senior Client Services Officer, Associate Adviser or Paraplanner.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end financial planning process.
• Experience using Xplan.
• A relevant Financial Planning qualification (completed or nearing completion).

Responsibilities

• Attending client meetings with Advisers.
• Assisting with research and advice strategy development.
• Preparing detailed file notes and client meeting summaries.
• Supporting SOA and ROA preparation and implementation.
• Managing end-to-end advice implementation.
• Liaising with product providers and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate client records in Xplan.
• Building relationships with clients through ongoing communication.
• Assisting Advisers with service reviews and client management.
