Job summary

Living to the Max Occupational Therapy is seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join our small, but mighty team. You will support our clinicians to provide high quality service to our clients, manage documentation from initial enquiry through to invoicing, and oversee the smooth running of the office.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high level customer service.
• Attention to detail and administrative duties.
• Experience in Medical/Allied Health environment.

Responsibilities

• Support clinicians to provide high quality service to clients.
• Assist with onboarding and client experience activities to optimise client journey.
• Manage documentation from initial enquiry through invoicing.
• Oversee and support the smooth, efficient running of the office.
