Job summary

Living to the Max Occupational Therapy in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join our small but mighty team. You will support our clinicians to provide high quality service to our clients and enhance the client experience by delivering a range of activities to optimise this journey.

You will manage documentation from initial enquiry through invoicing and help ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high level customer service.
• Attention to detail and experience with administrative duties.
• Looking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
• Hold a full drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
• Eager to work with some of the best Occupational Therapists in South Australia.
• Have previously worked in a Medical / Allied Health environment.

Responsibilities

• Support clinicians to provide high quality service to clients.
• Enhance the client experience by delivering a range of activities to optimise this journey.
• Manage documentation from initial enquiry through to invoicing.
• Oversee and support the smooth and efficient running of the office.
• Support clients and participate in coordinating care as part of the team.
