Job description

At Living to the Max Occupational Therapy, we believe that loving where you work makes all the difference – and we've built a team culture that proves it.

We are a thriving community-based OT practice with a team of 18+ passionate Occupational Therapists, working across multiple funding streams to deliver meaningful, high-quality services to our clients. Our work spans the full breadth of community OT – and no two days look the same.

A Team That Has Your Back

Our team is our greatest asset. From day one, you'll be welcomed into a genuinely supportive environment where collaboration is the norm, not the exception. We share knowledge, celebrate wins, and show up for each other – whether that's clinically or over a team coffee (yes, we take our coffee breaks seriously). We work hard, but we also make time to enjoy the journey together. Team lunches, shared laughs, and a culture built on mutual respect make Living to the Max a place people actually want to come to each day.

Flexibility That Works for You

We understand that life happens outside of work, and we've designed our working arrangements to reflect that. With flexible hybrid working, you'll have the autonomy to structure your days in a way that supports both your clients and your lifestyle. Work-life balance isn't just a buzzword here – it's something our leadership team actively champions and protects.

Grow With Us

Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned clinician looking for your next challenge, Living to the Max invests in your professional journey. Career development is a genuine priority for our leadership team, with opportunities to broaden your skills, explore new funding streams, and step into areas of practice that excite you.

Oh, and Did We Mention?

Our office is proudly pet friendly. Because every great workplace deserves a four‑legged colleague or two.

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our small, but mighty team! We can tailor a caseload that you are passionate about… do you want to work with children, adolescents or adults, or a mix of all? Do you want to specialise in a particular field (RTW, NDIS, Aged Care), or work across many areas? We love nothing more than working with our participants to achieve their short‑ and long‑term goals.

What We Offer
  • A caseload that fits both your individual learning goals and passion areas.
  • Creative solutions to making work fit into your home life, and not the other way around.
  • The exploration and navigation of complex situations via 1:1 supervision curated to your learning style.
  • Engaging and relevant professional development and clinical support through local and national journal clubs, in‑services, and group supervisions.
  • Professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical and professional skills.
  • To join our incentive program where if you exceed your targets you will be eligible for extra pay!
  • Career planning and development: We care about your career goals and can offer leadership and career growth opportunities.
  • Multiple ways of acknowledging how hard you work each and every day, in a way that makes you feel valued and meets your needs.
  • Plus, all of the essentials such as EAP, fitness passport and 12 weeks maternity leave.
Qualifications
  • Passionate about providing Occupational Therapy services to vulnerable members of the community.
  • Looking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
  • Hold a full driver’s licence, and full access to a vehicle.
  • Eager to work with some of the best Occupational Therapists in South Australia.
  • Hold registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
Equal Opportunity Employer

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, proudly welcoming people with disability including mental health conditions, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people from the LGBTQI community, veterans, carers and Indigenous Australians to our team.

We are happy to adjust our recruitment process to support accessibility needs.
