Accru Financial Planning is seeking a motivated Graduate to join our dynamic team. The role offers hands-on experience in all aspects of financial advice and client service through a structured training program with on-the-job learning, professional training, and mentoring.

You will support advisers, assist with onboarding and reviews, and contribute to client service while building a strong foundation for your career in financial planning within a supportive, flexible, and growth-focused

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Financial Planning, Finance, Commerce or Business.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Support financial advisers in preparing advice documents, research and client reports.
• Assist with client onboarding, reviews and ongoing service needs.
• Liaise with clients, product providers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to team projects and process improvements.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Support financial advisers in preparing advice documents, research, and client reports
• Assist with client onboarding, reviews, and ongoing service needsLiaise with clients, product providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

Your experience and attributes

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a tertiary qualification in either Financial Planning, Finance, Commerce, Business or a related field.You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as well-developed interpersonal skills.

To be successful you must have excellent time management and organisational skills and a confident manner with the ability to work autonomously. You will have attention to detail, a can-do attitude and a desire to learn and succeed!
