Accru Financial Planning Pty Ltd in Sydney is launching a Graduate program in financial planning designed to give hands-on experience across all facets of financial advice and client service.

Structured training combines on-the-job learning, formal training, and mentoring to build a strong professional foundation, with mentoring, diverse client exposure, and clear pathways for career progression within a national and international network.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Financial Planning/Finance/Commerce/Business or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time management.

Responsabilités

• Support financial advisers in preparing advice documents, research and client reports.
• Assist with client onboarding, reviews and ongoing service needs.
• Liaise with clients, product providers and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to team projects and process improvements.

We are thrilled to invite a motivated Graduate to join our dynamic Financial Planning team. This role offers you hands‑on experience in all aspects of financial advice and client service.

Your Experience And Attributes

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a tertiary qualification in either Financial Planning, Finance, Commerce, Business or a related field. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as well-developed interpersonal skills.

To be successful you must have excellent time management and organisational skills and a confident manner with the ability to work autonomously. You will have attention to detail, a can‑do attitude and a desire to learn and succeed!
