Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney is seeking a Client Services Officer within Debt Market Services to administer payment functions and provide day-to-day operational and compliance support. You will develop knowledge of trusts and maintain relationships with clients at an operational level, emphasizing accuracy, timeliness and adherence to risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in financial services.
• Exposure to securitisation or debt markets is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Execute payment instructions accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Develop and maintain effective operational relationships with assigned clients.
• Build a sound working knowledge of assigned trusts and team systems.
• Complete invoicing, billing and Client Connect obligation activities.
• Follow internal controls, policies, procedures and relevant risk frameworks.
• Support client management, record keeping, archiving and filing requirements.
• Contribute to team projects and provide backup support for colleagues.

About the Role

As a Client Services Officer within Debt Market Services, you will administer payment functions and provide day to day operational and compliance support to the Client Services Team. You will develop a working knowledge of your assigned trusts and maintain effective relationships with clients at an operational level.
