Job summary

Linked Community Services Limited is seeking a Client Services Officer to support the Linked team across the Kempsey to Nelson Bay region. You will lead with compassion, build trusted relationships with clients, and help deliver operations that meet high-quality client service expectations.

Due to the growth of Linked Community Services, we are currently seeking an Client Services Officer to support the Linked team.

Key Responsibilities

• The role of the Client Services Officer is to lead with compassion and build trusted relationships with the people we support, while providing support to the Client Services team to deliver business operations that meet customer expectations for quality client focused service delivery.
