You will connect clients with Anglicare services, manage records, respond to enquiries, maintain confidentiality, and support the Site Operations Manager. A police check and Working with Children Check are required.

As our Client Services Officer, you’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for people accessing our services at our Nowra site, providing professional reception and administrative support while helping create a calm, respectful and organised environment. Many of the people you meet may be experiencing challenging circumstances, crisis or complex needs. Your ability to communicate with warmth, sensitivity and professionalism will help ensure every person feels welcomed and respected from the moment they arrive.
Your opportunity
Working within our Community Services team, you’ll combine front‑desk client service with practical administrative support to help keep the site and its programs running smoothly. You’ll welcome clients and visitors, respond to enquiries and help connect people with appropriate Anglicare services. You’ll also support day-to‑day site administration including records management, supplies, contractors, mail, rooms, equipment, property maintenance and general operational support.
What you’ll bring
You’re warm, organised and professional, with the ability to make people feel welcome while maintaining appropriate boundaries. You understand that great client service looks different when someone may be vulnerable or experiencing a difficult time. You can listen, respond calmly and sensitively, and know when an issue needs to be escalated. You’re also an organised administrator who can manage competing priorities, work across multiple programs and build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
