Job summary

ORS Group in Corrimal seeks an enthusiastic Administration officer to join our on-site team of 20+ staff. This full-time role supports a national administration function with Monday–Friday duties and front-of-house responsibilities.

Responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating NDIS bookings, maintaining records, and assisting with reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail and a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Administration and/or reception experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Health knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check.
  • Willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person checks.

About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to join our beautiful Corrimal office with 20+ employees on site. Working with a national administration team to support business functions. This is a full time position working Monday – Friday.

Your Duties
  • Managing Incoming telephone enquiries
  • Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services
  • Front of house duties for the office, greeting clients & customers
  • Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set
  • Ownership of site presentation, cleanliness and events preparation
  • Completing site audits as required
  • Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients
  • Assisting with reporting as required
  • Other additional administration duties as required
Role Requirements
  • Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)
  • Previous Health knowledge (desired, but not essential)
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check
  • Hold a or be willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check
