Everalls Group is seeking a Client Services Officer to support our Shared Services team. You will ensure workflows move smoothly, keep systems current, and maintain strong client communication within a professional services environment.
You will help protect cashflow through timely debtor follow-ups, maintain accurate client records, and provide responsive front-of-house support. A 1–2 year background in client services or admin is expected.

The Client Services Officer is part of our Shared Services team, working closely with and supporting the Client Services Manager* to ensure every job moves smoothly from Work In → Work Out, workflows stay accurate and up to date, and every client feels informed, supported, and looked after.
* Our Client Services Manager is currently on maternity leave. During this period, you will work closely with other managers from our Executive Leadership team, who will provide guidance, support, and oversight while she is away.

Assist to protect the firm’s cashflow by ensuring debtor follow-up is timely, professional, and effective - while maintaining strong client relationships.

Follow-ups are purposeful and routine, payment commitments are clearly recorded and monitored, risks are escalated early so nothing drifts, and debtor targets are supported and met.
Maintain accurate and reliable client records so the firm operates safely, efficiently, and compliantly.

Client records are trustworthy, updates are completed properly, and rework caused by missing information is minimised.
Support a responsive and professional client experience through consistent phone coverage, inbox monitoring, and enquiry follow-through.

Deliver accurate and timely ASIC and corporate registry work so entity compliance is maintained and preventable penalties are avoided.

You understand that client service is not just being friendly - it’s about clarity, confidence, and consistency.

You:
A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a client services or administration role is required. Experience in a professional services environment (accounting, financial planning, legal, or similar) is highly regarded.
