Job summary

Everalls Group is seeking a Client Services Officer to support our Shared Services team. You will ensure workflows move smoothly, keep systems current, and maintain strong client communication within a professional services environment.

You will help protect cashflow through timely debtor follow-ups, maintain accurate client records, and provide responsive front-of-house support. A 1–2 year background in client services or admin is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in client services or administration required.
• Experience in professional services (accounting/financial planning/legal) highly regarded.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to close loops.

Responsibilities

• Move work through accurate workflows with timely follow-ups.
• Keep practice and document management systems clean and up to date.
• Provide proactive client updates and reminders.
• Assist with cashflow support by timely debtor follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client records and compliant ASIC filings.
• Provide front-of-house support with phone coverage and timely enquiries.
