Kennedy Reid Pty in Sydney is seeking a Client Services Officer to support day-to-day administration and payment functions within a busy client services team. You will work with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure transactions are processed accurately and compliance requirements are met.

This role provides exposure to a specialised area of financial services, with opportunities for learning, development and career progression within Kennedy Reid's team in Sydney CBD.

Competenze

  • 12 months' experience in financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Tertiary qualifications are advantageous but not required.

  • Process and execute payment instructions within agreed service levels and deadlines
  • Maintain operational relationships with assigned clients and trusts
  • Support invoicing, billing, and obligation management activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and risk frameworks
  • Assist with client management and stakeholder liaison
  • Maintain accurate records, filing and archiving processes
  • Complete internal control and compliance checklists
  • Develop a strong understanding of systems and processes used within the team
