Job summary

Centrecare in Perth is seeking a Casual Client Service Officer to join the front desk across multiple metropolitan offices. You will handle enquiries in person and over the phone, assist with bookings, and perform general administration to support a busy team.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, with potential evening shifts. You will need strong reception, admin, and customer service skills, and the ability to work across locations with a National Police Certificate and WA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a busy administration/client services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs and a willingness to learn internal booking and records systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional in all interactions.
• Ability to operate across multiple locations across the metro area (north and south).
• Current National Police Certificate and WA Driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients when they arrive to the branch.
• Manage phone lines and multiple calendars for appointment bookings.
• Handle multiple queries in a busy environment with compassion and professionalism.
• Attend to general enquiries, administration duties and refer to other branches or agencies as needed.
• Provide secretarial support with confidentiality and initiative where possible.
