Job summary

NEXTDC is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at our Perth facilities. This casual role offers 15–25 hours per week, with potential to work at Malaga and New Castle St sites.

You will greet visitors, coordinate deliveries, answer inquiries via phone, email and ticketing system, and support events and inductions. Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, strong communication, and a proactive, organized approach, with solid MS Office

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors to the facility in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics, acting as concierge for the facility.
• Take telephone calls from internal and external customers.
• Conduct site inductions with visitors in coordination with Facilities team.
