Job summary

Pallion is seeking a Client Services Executive for its Custodian Vaults business in Sydney. You will handle face-to-face, phone and email client interactions, delivering a professional and personalised experience while supporting vaulting services and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous client service, customer service or administration experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, well-presented and positive team player.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails and client enquiries.
• Support clients with vaulting, precious metals and account-related queries.
• Manage lease renewals, insurance records and client documentation.
• Conduct client-focused vault tours and assist with outbound sales.
• Support sales growth, client retention and business development initiatives.
• Complete client compliance checks and assist with overdue accounts.
• Prepare reports and business proposals as required.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and service providers.
