Based at our Melbourne CBD office you will collaborate with Client Managers, Client Executives and Account Executives across multiple sectors. You will assist with client account portfolio management, attend client meetings, respond to queries, and support tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements, and reporting. Responsibilities also include managing quote slips, invoicing, complex premium calculations, and providing leadership to Service Specialists.
