Dimensional Fund Advisors, L.P. in Sydney is seeking an Analyst/Associate for the Client Services team. The role supports education programs for clients and prospects across Australia and NZ, primarily via conferences, events, and webcasts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic record.
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role, Financial Services Industry preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong project management skills including project planning, time management, organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Ability to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work equally well in a team environment and independently.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn programs as needed.

The Opportunity

With initiative and proven success, the Analyst/Associate will have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of Dimensional 360, work closely with our experienced Australian team and draw from extensive experience of our global client services group. The Analyst/Associate will support the development and delivery of these services to clients across Australia and NZ for this 6 month fixed term contract to start mid January 2027.

The Role

The Analyst/Associate, Client Services will support the Senior Associate, Client Services in the delivery of Dimensional Australia and New Zealand's client and prospect education program primarily via conferences, events, and webcasts.

• Project manage conference themes, agendas, and presenters for internally run conferences including regular Foundations Conferences, and marquee conferences such as the Practice Management Symposium, NZ Symposium, Advanced Conference, and Institutional Symposium.
• Project manage topics and presenters for internally run webcasts across investing, communication and business strategy
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and the marketing team to assist in the production of presentations for speakers
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure high level communication pre and post conference/event
