Job summary

Strategic Collision Repair Group – Mortdale NSW is seeking a client service officer to book customers' vehicles in for repairs and keep insurers and customers updated. The role is in a high-volume repair centre requiring strong organization, reliable communication, and solid administrative support to assist the repair team and reception.

You will handle email, telephone inquiries, and coordination with finance and hire car bookings as needed, contributing to smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Role requires strong organizational skills in a high-volume workshop.
• Proficient use of Ibodyshop and basic MS Word/Excel preferred.
• Excellent communication for walk-in clients and phone inquiries.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Book customers' vehicles in for repairs and update customers and insurers.
• Provide administrative support to the repair team.
• Manage reception, answer calls, and direct inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to office administration email.
• Inventory management and assist with finance functions.
• Coordinate hire car bookings when needed.
