Job summary

ScotPac is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to join our Perth team. You will provide outstanding service to clients, manage accounts receivable tasks, and support lending activities with strong administrative and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Experience in accounts receivable and/or credit control is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders via email and phone.
• Accurately allocate payments and conduct verification calls for due diligence.
• Support lending activities and risk assessments as part of the Client Relationship team.
• Monitor policy compliance and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
