Manage a portfolio of wholesale trustee clients, supporting their relationship, operational and regulatory needs as part of the Wholesale Trustee team.You will work closely with clients, internal specialists and external service providers to support strong client outcomes, retention and revenue growth. You will also help the business improve the scalability and profitability of its client portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships, maintain relationship plans and lead regular client meetingsCoordinate the onboarding of new business and the offboarding of trusts that are winding upReview transaction documents, deeds and agreements before executionOversee regulatory obligations, including year-end financial statements, tax returns and annual distributionsMonitor service providers and maintain compliance information through the Client Connect systemPresent at Board and Compliance Committee meetings when required and escalate legal or regulatory concernsManage billing, accruals and debtor positions while identifying opportunities to improve portfolio profitability.About youWe’re interested in hearing from people who have:A tertiary qualification, ideally in business, accounting, economics or law, or equivalent relevant experienceAround 5 years of experience in financial services, including at least 3 years in financial operationsStrong client and relationship management experienceStrong knowledge of managed funds operations, including custody, fund administration, registry, audit and investment operationsStrong process management skills and close attention to regulatory obligationsThe ability to organise competing priorities and deliver accurately under time pressureConfidence handling challenging client conversations and negotiating with counterpartiesA practical, flexible and collaborative approach when working with internal teams and external providers.We love hearing from people who are inspired to shape the future with us.
