Matthews Steer Accountants & Advisors in Essendon is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead client management, develop action plans, manage workflows, budgets and forecasts with financial analysis. You will review financial accounts and income tax returns, tax planning and assist junior staff.

• 5+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting.

• Oversee review of financial accounts and income tax returns, tax planning, budgets and forecasts, and analysis by junior team.
• Mentor and coach team members to grow capability across the practice.

About the Role

As a Client Services Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for client management including action plans, workflow, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Own the review of financial accounts and income tax returns, tax planning, budgets and forecasts, and analysis prepared by the junior team.
• Support the grow capability across the team through mentoring, development, training and on-the-job coaching.

About you

You’ll be a good fit for the Client Manager role if you are:

• Qualified CA/CPA and experienced hands-on Client Manager.
• A relationship-driven leader dedicated to building the capability and empowerment of your colleagues.
• An excellent communicator and comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Have 5+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting
